The smallest failed seal on a roof edge or side seam can let water in long before you see a stain — and once it's inside the wall, delamination is already underway. We inspect and reseal the entire RV roof, spot and side edges reseal on-site. A roof reseal is also a good time to have the rest of your RV's exterior — awnings, slide toppers, and lights — checked in the same visit.
Work includes rooftop sealant replacement, cleaning surfaces with denatured alcohol before resealing, and side-edge seal repair. How often should an RV roof be resealed?
Inspect at least twice a year or if you own a Grand Design RV they require a quarterly inspection; reseal any cracked or worn spots as soon as you find them — waiting until a leak is visible inside means damage has already started.
What's the difference between spot resealing and a full roof coating?
Spot resealing fixes specific failed seams and/or protrusions; a full coating like Crazy Seal covers the entire roof and comes with a 50-year transferable warranty.
Can you fix water damage that's already started?

Do you check side seams too, not just the roof?

How long does resealing take?
