Here is another reason why you need to check your roof seals quarterly. This roof was checked back in May by another company and was told that it looked fine. Yesterday, we went to check the A/C. As soon as I climbed up the ladder and the roof came into view, I instantly knew that they had a severe sealant failure problem. It was a good thing that this one was in storage and under a roof. If it had been out in the open and it had rained, the inside would have gotten wet.
So PLEASE take a look yourself or call your local trusted RV Technician to have a look at your roof to be sure the seals are all intact and not cracked or have holes in them.
