"I contacted them regarding a topper for my slide. They communicated quickly and came to my house and took measurements. Within a few days, I was emailed an invoice with pricing broken down. Very professional! Pricing was reasonable and fair (much less than another estimate I got from a local RV repair shop in Murphy NC). I accepted their estimate/pricing, and they ordered the topper/awning right away. We decided to go to the Georgia Mountain Fair for the Fall Festival, and while there, my regulator for my propane wasn't working. I called RV Tech and left a message. He (Pat) got back to me that evening and explained some things I could try but said he'd be out the next day to look at it. He had another regulator just in case, but he also brought my awning/topper with him. He got the regulator to work and installed my topper!!! Saved me a 2d service call charge!! While there, his son checked my tires and told me I had a low tire. Couldn't be replaced as it was one under my slide. No problem, I'd fix (put spare on when I packed up to leave) it, but he found the issue and informed me. Didn't pay a dime until the job was done, inspected, and working correctly to my satisfaction!!!! Professional, honest, knowledgeable and polite, and punctual!!! Everything ya want in a business you're dealing with!! Their phone number is in my address book now, and they are the only ones I'll call and use going forward. I HIGHLY recommend using them for ALL your RV work, I know I will!!"
